NC71 is a modern caravan pleasantly positioned away from the cliff edge but with views of the sea on the horizon, it looks out onto a grassy area making it ideal for young families and has the added comfort of having one full size single bed in two of the bedrooms, this is a favourite with grandparents or older children.
NC71 has the normal caravan layout consisting of a combined lounge, dining room & kitchen, one double bedroom, two single bedrooms and one pull out double sofa bed in the lounge,

In the lounge there is a TV/DVD + DVDs to watch, the seating faces each other, with one side fixed under the windows and on the other side a two seater settee, there is also an electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox, toaster, iron and ironing board etc, there is a shower room and separate toilet. In the main bedroom there is a second TV. This caravan is heated throughout
